Do you mean prior?: If you're asking is it okay to have sex 6 weeks prior to your cesarean, the answer is it's definitely okay. If you're asking is it okay to have sex less than 6 weeks after your cesarean, then the answer is, it may be okay, but it could be harmful. You still have stitches that are holding tissue together at.
