How can i relieve acute nerve pain in the lower half of my arm? started about 24 hours ago, not sure what caused it.

Various causes: Arm pain may be due to carpal tunnel, cubital tunnel nerve problems, but could also be secondary to musculo-skeletal strain/sprain, issues with bones or joints, bursitis, synovitis, arthritis.
