If: If you take flomax, (tamsulosin) do make sure you inform your ophthalmologist before cataract surgery.

Ignore: Treatment is indicated when symptoms interfere with sleep pattern.

Ignore: Medication and periodic exams with PSA testing. Ejaculation is quite healthy.

Ignore: Enlarged prostate is a process of lifelong making - surely worsening quietly over time.

Weak: Weak Urine steam, Hesitancy in initiation urination, incomplete emptying of bladder report it to MD.

Ignore: If you have symptoms of enlarged prostate there are multiple meds to help.

Ignore: Avoid drinking liquids after 7 pm. After finish urinating, wait 30 seconds and urinate again.

Ignore: Do double void each time. Do ask your doctor about medications to shrink prostate and open urethra.

Ignore: Be aware that antihistamines like Benadryl (diphenhydramine) and alpha stimulants like pseudophedrine increase Sx.

Ignore: Be cautious regarding possible urinary retention when taking nasal decongestants.
