Please provide some do's and don'ts on having safe sex.

Promiscuity: Promiscuity invites diseases, some that last forever! always have condoms to use!

Never: Never use oil-based lubricants (petroleum jelly, mineral oil) for condoms b/c they weaken the latex!

Prevent: Prevent transmission of herpes to your partner by taking daily valacyclovir.

Ignore: Do visit your local county health department for concise and reliable information about STDs.

Any: Any unprotected sex with a stranger puts you at risk for serious or life-threatening disease.

Do:: Do: talk to your partner before having sex Don't: skip the small talk.

Do:: Do: use condoms Don't: expect your partner to provide them.

Do:: Do: know the HIV status of your partner Don't: presume it's negative.

Do: Do use condoms, carry condoms, ask ur doc 4 condoms. dont with anyone who refuses 2 use condoms.

Practicing: Practicing safe sex should be the personal and social duty of life.

Ignore: Do always use condoms. Don't think your partner is responsible for protection. Do be safe always!

Ignore: So use a major contraceptive method but don't rely only on that. Use also condoms.

If: If you change sex partners, get a new Pap smear. Ask for the Gardasil immunization.

Ignore: Always know who you have sex with. It is never save to have intercourse with someone you don't know.

Ignore: Assume a new partner has a STD despite what they say. Always use a latex condom when having sex.

Ignore: Avoid oral sex with unknown persons. Wear condoms when possible. Take HPV vaccine if 12 or older.
