See your surgeon STA: Your symptoms may simply be a result of altered eating habits, ingested blood after surgery or due to your medications. However, if persistent diarrhea is due to antibiotics, this can become a medical emergency. Immediate evaluation and alteration of your medications may be indicated. See your treating surgeon as soon as possible.

Extraction issues: Yes, even removal of a single tooth may have some stormy consequences. But most are easily managed. The symptoms you describe may be due to infection, so temperature, discharge, redness, etc are a gauge of this and your doctor should evaluate them. However, narcotic medicines given for pain or antibiotics for infection may also cause all of these same symptoms and signs. Discuss with doctor.

Diet or pain meds?: Without having more information, i would ask if you are taking a narcotic pain medication which can produce all of those symptoms. The other question is whether you are taking it on an empty stomach, or if you have had an adequate intake of food and fluids after the removal of the tooth, and especially before taking any pain medication.
