Yes: It can be very helpful with certain people (not everyone and not every sleep pathology). However, many people try it just before bed and it does not work, understandably. This is because it takes two to three hours to metabolize and pass through the blood-brain barrier where it needs to be. Try taking it three hours before you want to fall asleep, then give it three weeks to work.
