Can be normal,: But be cautious and check with your surgeon. It is not uncommon to have clicking sounds from increased motion just above and just below fusion site, but if it is coming specifically from the site, it may be different. The tail bone pain can be from altered spinal alignment secondary to the fusion and should adjust, but make sure that you discuss with your physician just to be safe.
