No: 300 situps a day is beyond excessive and you are at risk for injuring abdominal and back muscles. A liquid diet is always a poor idea as you will likely be unable to get necessary nutrients.

Looks like a healthy: Your weight is just about right. You do not have much to lose if any. I would be happy if your weight remains between 110-112. For this you do not have to do anything too strenous like 300 sit ups. Yet it is good to exercise(50-100 sit ups would be great). Most importantly, eat healthy: less red meat, ample fruits and vegetables and healthy proteins as found in low fat dairy products and cut sugar.
