Difference between dyspnea and chest fullness?

Objective v subjecti: In medicine, we use different terms for subjective symptoms--that which the patient complains of in their own words; and objective signs--observations that the physician makes and notes down using standardized medical terminology. Dyspnea is a medical term the physician would note down if the breathing pattern was abnormal or slow (tachypnea=fast breathing). Chest fullness is a sensation.
