Complicated: Causes of tinnitus are complicated. It has to do with the inner ear and the ossicles and nerves. You are a bit young to have the tinnitus. It may improve over time. Ibuprofen and other non-steroidals can cause tinnitus-consider a trial of stopping the ibuprofen.
