Right steps: Seeing a doctor is a good first step - and a pediatric ophthalmologist might also be in this sequence. Analysis would include things such as does the child see well, are the eyes red, is there discharge or signs of infection, is there associated systemic illness of some sort? And is the condition getting better or worse? Good luck with your child's examination.
