Whiplash: Whiplash is a result of hyper extension and hyper flexion of the cervical spine. The neck pain can be occurred immediately after the impact or few days later.

Whiplash: Usually symptoms are immediate and sometimes can take up to 24 hours post accident - later than that would be very unusual.
