See doctor ASAP: If you are having severe abdominal pain you need to be seen by a doctor as soon as possible. Go to your local er and get evaluated properly.

Could be gallbladder: While the symptoms are not specific, pain radiating to the back may be associated with gallstones or pancreatitis. If the pain is severe, go ahead to the nearest emergency room to be checked out. Bring your medications and medical history for the er physician to review.
