Every time i eat i get an upset stomach. Why? Im already lactose intolerant to all dairy
Im lactose intolerant&love dairy foods. I dont use Lactaid pills before I eat these foods&I often have to use the bathroom multiple times. Is this generally unhealthy for my body? Or is having to poop a lot just the price I have to pay for eating?
I believe I am lactose intolerant. If I eat anything dairy from cheese, milk, yogurt, anything I am running to the bathroom after only 10 minutes ?
