Probably: Use a nasal saline spray to moisturize your nose, or use a humidifier. If the bleeding will not stop with 5 minutes (by the clock) of pressure, you can try afrin nose spray after you blow out the clots. If you cannot with that, you need to go to the er for an exam and probably packing.
