A parasitic: Infection like a tapeworm could present that way. If this continues to occur have your health ; stool checked by your doctor. Possible causes of white spots in stool can be increased mucus in the stool because of irritation of the gastrointestinal tract or infections. Some foods can cause this. A gallstone when passed could have this coloration.
