There aren't : Exercises that contour the fatty tissue of breasts. However, building up pectoral muscles can lead to the breasts sitting on the chest wall in a manner that is attractive but will not increase cup size.

No: If a breast is ptotic ("droopy" for lack of a better word), the only proven way to lift the breast is via surgery. If the ptosis is mild, an augmentation may suffice (if the patient also wishes to be larger). Numerous methods of breast lifting exist depending on the degree of ptosis. I suggest consulting with a plastic surgeon for more information if you're interested.

Exercise and cup siz: Unfortunately... Or fortunately depending on your situation i guess, when you lose weight and body fat you lose cup size too.

You can not: Spot reduce to lose breast fat. However, if you were to lose weight in general, it is likely that there would be some weight loss through out the body. The actual proportion of weight loss to the breast isn't known. If you were to increase pectoralis muscle size- it would give a larger chest but would not increase cup size.

Fat reduction: Breasts are made up partially of fat and will be lost when there is major weight reduction. However, with selective pectoralis muscle amplification(chest) that can help mitigate some of the fat loss by making the remaining breast tissue "perkier".
