Genetics: About 5% of men never grow chest hair and have relatively thin beards. Many (maybe most) women in the us say they prefer this, and such guys are the least likely to get male pattern baldness. Paul newman had no chest hair and was the first hollywood man with really good muscle definition to go shirtless in the movies. It didn't bother him. Enjoy who you are.
