Male hypogonadism: I would suggest seeing your physician for a history and physical examination as well as laboratory tests. Facial and chest hair in males is due to the production of testosterone by the testes. If the testicles are not functioning normally it can result in low testosterone levels and little or no facial hair. A physician can evaluate your for conditionis that can cause this issue.

What else?: About 5% of normally-masculinized men never get chest hair and can't grow a beard. These guys don't go bald either. If you're getting normal erections and ejaculations, are horny and smell like a grown man, be glad. Paul Newman, with the most-admired body of his generation, had no chest hair, and many women say they prefer it.

See endocrineologist: You may have hypogonadism and your testicles are not producing any or enough testosterone. The level can easily be checked. If you do have this you may have chubby cheeks, enlarged breasts, no pubic or armpit hair. If the testosterone level is low it can be easily replaced with injections, gels and patches .
