Are there any natural remdies for thyroid issues?

Adjuncts only: Thyroid disease is literally life-and-death. Managed improperly, it's severely disabling and there's no substitute for replacement (for hypothyroidism) or medical management / radiation / surgery for hyperthyroidism.
