? Circumcision scar: Every circumcised male has a circumferential scar around penis where ring of remaining inner foreskin is attached to outer penile shaft skin. Men can have healthy penile scars after reconstructive penile surgery. Burn scars could be a problem. Would suggest you rephrase the question if this answer isn't what you were expecting.
