No, it's not healthy: To get drunk, period. Hangovers can last for a couple of days in serious cases, but 4 days is unusual. You may have developed alcohol-induced gastritis, an inflammation of the stomach, or pancreatitis. I would see your physician asap for an evaluation. Your body is giving you a message that you are drinking excessively, and you need to listen to it. Cut down or stop, get help if you can't.

It can be: After a severe hangover, but may also indicate that you have developed alcoholic gastritis, pancreatitis or hepatitis. I would see a physician if you are not feeling better after this much time, where a full history, physical examination and some simple laboratory tests can tell you what is, or isn't going on. And don't drink that much in the future. If that is hard, get some help cutting down.
