Olive oil: Olive oil has a number of purported benefits to include action as an anti-inflammatory, cholesterol lowerer, anttioxidant, and calcium absorber among many others. Not all have been demonstrated in rigorous studies, and appropriate dosing for benefits has not be established. However, you are unlikely to find harm from drinking one teaspoon daily.
