Could it be good to fight colds naturally or with tablets/pills?

Common Cold Rx: There is still no known cure for the common cold and most treatment involves the treatment of symptoms. There is some evidence to show that zinc may actually shorten the time to recovery from the common cold. There are zinc lozenges available , one brand is called COLDEEZE. The generic brand is fine. Dissolve in the mouth as directed on the package. Not very expensive and worth a try.
