It's your call: If you're a light-framed man and want muscle definition and you've discovered this would put you "underweight" (like these two guys), then keep training and as long as you're able to do your favorite sport, you're healthy. If you have the obsessive idea that you want to be scrawny rather than athletic / sinewy / slender, you'll recognize your mind playing tricks -- get with your physician.
