Rhythm: Exertion in patients with arrhythmias can be safe. It depends on the state of the patient's cardiovascular system. Some people for instance have atrial fibrillation as their normal rhythm in otherwise normal hearts. They still need to exercise as do most of us. Exertion recommendations need to individualized and a general statement isn't appropriate.
