Unlikely: There is no "vaccine" against cancer of the lung. There are several molecular studies that identify specific markers of cancer. These can be targeted for treatment -- but it is not a "cure".

The good news...: ...About the internet is that there is so much information available. The bad news is that so much of that information is nonsense. If by "a shot" you mean a vaccine -- nope, not true. If you mean an intravenous drug used to treat lung cancer, the whole world has had several of those for years. Unfortunately, lung cancer does not respond to chemotherapy very well. The search for a cure goes on.
