You've Been Framed?: You might as well consider them about the same but better to refer to the source of the term and see how it was used within the context of the topic being discussed. Like, was this a scientific article, a mention in a magazine or someone at a bar talking about a lady's figure? Classically 'frame' refers to axial (central) bone structure and 'body type' a more general term for the whole body.
