Probably not...but..: Spontaneous rupture of a vessel here and there in the body does happen to some people like subconjunctival hemorrhage, cva from bleeding congenital av fistula/malformation, etc. Clinically, it doesn't matter because some degree of venous tortuosity here and there is common in many parts of body; the more and more frequently the tortuous veins are, the older we become.
