Stomach bug: Gastroenteritis symptoms may include: diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramps/pain, headaches, muscular aches ; pains as well as fever (low grade). You can have some stomach contents rising up with gastroenteritis. Bloody stools are not usually associated with gastroenteritis.
