Do nothing or...: How do these ingrown hairs or pimples hurt you? If no or not much and bearable, do nothing but applying steroid cream thinly may help to ease discomfort. Meanwhile, try not to give any further irritation by obsessive soaping and washing, and by shaving if any. Remove them? It's optional; of course, it can be done by various techniques, but how? So, ask your doctor.
