In which situations must i take a drug test?

"must take?": Outside of criminal justice issues (people on probation or parole), there aren't any times where you must take the test. Some employers require drug testing before hiring, or while employed either on a random basis or if there are work-related problems, but you have the choice of working there or not. Drug testing is sometimes done in schools as well, or for child protective services etc.
