Why...: ...are you changing? By BPD do you mean bipolar disorder or borderline personality disorder? Both medications are atypical antipsychotics used for psychosis and mood stabilization, and aripiprazole is also used to augment depression medications. Sulpiride is not approved for use in the United States. Like any other medication, some patients benefit from aripiprazole and some have side effects.
