And the answer is yes. 3.5 mg of Alprazolam is a large dose, and if you are not tolerant, would likely make you sleep for a pretty long time. If you have other medical problems, particularly lung issues, it could cause worse problems, as well as if you take it together with alcohol or other sedative drugs, including opiates. Seek counseling!
