Yes, yes...: Vasectomy is to surgically block sperm to pass through vas and keep them inside epididymides. And the sperms composes less than 1-2 % ofsemen volume so you can not visually discern any difference in semen volume before and after vasectomy. So, you still ejaculate like a champ - normal. Yes: The semen is unchanged to the naked eye. The sperms cells (which are microscopic) are not present in the semen after vasectomy. Erection, orgasm and ejaculation are otherwise unchanged.
