Any time...: You can have sex and ejaculate whenever you feel no pain and have no swelling after vasectomy . There has been no set rule despite being commonly advised to take easy with no sex for 1-2 weeks. Of course, continue precaution against pregnancy until post-vasectomy semen exam shows no sperm. Usually, some 85% of post-vasectomy men will be sperm-free in 2 months or after 15 ejaculations after vasect.
