What medicines?: Marijuana has few drug interactions, but it has its own psychoactive effects which may work against psychiatric medications you are on. In some people, marijuana brings on panic attacks, increases anxiety and depression, while in others it lessens them (as does alcohol, at least temporarily). To know whether there is a specific effect in your case, a doctor would need to know diagnoses and meds.
