A member asked:

Can you tell me if i had german measles when i was 4, will it do anything when i am pregnant?

Nothing specific: Rubella(german measles) is only a significant danger to babies during their development in the womb. During the formation of fetal body parts they are vulnerable to injury, and german measles can cause miscarriage, deafness, brain injury and other issues. Since you had it as a 4yo, it was never as dangerous and now provides you with immunity.Any baby you might have would not be at risk.
