See doctor: such as a Podiatrist who is trained to evaluate and treat this. Under normal circumstances it is best to have needle removed.

Needle: If you have a needle in your foot , get to your podiatrist for an evaluation . The right thing to do is have it removed or at least be under the care and supervision of your podiatrist
