Your choice: I am not sure why you would turn to a doctor to stop sexual activity. This is your choice. Masturbation is a common part of the human experience. It has no negative health consequences. All men and nearly all women masturbate or have masturbated. But we, in medicine, have no opinion on when or not you are sexual. Best wishes.

Find real love: When you're in a romantic relationship and are having high-quality sex frequently, you'll do stuff by yourself less often, but you won't stop altogether. There's no reason you should want to as long as it's not taking too much time away from other important things. Try thiniking about something wholesome -- maybe that one special person who may be in your future -- rather than online trash.
