Decreasing caffeine: ; sugar/cream that is added to coffee can be a start. Eat healthfully ; be physically active. Aim for 7.5 to 8 hrs of sleep / night. Hydrate w at least 64 oz of water / day. Calories burned must > calories consumed. Do both cardio ; weight training. You can mix ; match different kinds of exercise.

Just tweak it.: Coffee would be fine on a weight loss diet - a cup of black coffee only has ten calories. What makes it heavier is what you add to it - heavy cream, half and half, lots of sugar. Try to have your coffee with 1% milk to cut back the calories in there. And drink your coffee with a sensible, portion-controlled healthy breakfast.
