If you really care,: You might say that you've been a bit concerned by how the person seems to be dealing with eating and just want them to know you care and hope they're okay or will do what they need to so they will be. If you are little more than a neighbor, it may be better to say very little. Perhaps nothing or a question like "are you okay? You seem to be eating differently than i remember". Ed clinic therapy!
