Depends: Is your eye sight not good from uncorrected vision that would be clear with proper glasses or contacts? Or because of some disease process which needs treatment? Or is it some permanent process? Best to have an ophthalmologist evaluate you and see if any of these are operative. You cannot improve eyesight by so called "natural" means.
