I haven't got my period on my "inactive" pills and i start my new pack today. my question is there a chance of pregnancy?

Yes: With any birth control, there's always a chance of pregnancy, as no birth control is 100% effective. The chance of pregnancy over course of year with perfect use of pills is around 94-96%. If you are pregnant and you're ready to start active pills, a test should be positive, so you can take an otc pregnancy test. Sometimes lining on birth control is so thin, however, there's nothing to bleed from.

Chance is: Very small and depending on the pill it is possible to have slight or no bleeding. Ok to take a pregnancy test to be sure but almost certain is negative. Has happened though. Plan on starting new pack on time.
