Doesn't matter: Wear eyeglasses that fits best to balance your bone structure, and the angles of your face. In this day and age, it doesn't matter whether it's male or female prescription sunglasses. Most people done know or care. It's what looks best on you!

No difference in sex: The power of the eye as reflected in the prescription for eyeglasses is the same for males and females. Eyeglass frames are commonly oriented to have designs that each sex would prefer. If you have glasses, and the vision clears up with them, and you do not mind the appearance of the frame, then it is OK for you.
