Get some help: Milia are tiny deposits of dried oil in gland outlets. There is no topical medication or emollient which will get to them as they are roofed over with tough skin. "The only way to really easily remove them is with a needle. It is best to have a professional do this or a truly trusted friend with a sterile needle.
