See dermatologist: If you haven't seen a dermatologist, you should start there. If you have failed treatments your dermatologist has tried, then consider seeing a rheumatologist who can prescribe you a either low dose weekly Methotrexate and/or a tnf-inhibitor, like enbrel, remicade, (infliximab) or humira. Thes are great, highly effective drugs that can clear up psoriasis if given at sufficient doses. Good luck!
