Sorry for the delay: I am not sure if anxiety can cause double vision. I would suggest that you speak with an eye doctor and have some vision tests before assuming that it is due to anxiety.

See eye doctor: Anxiety does not typically cause double vision. You should see your eye doctor to rule out causes of double vision. It could be as simple a new glasses prescription or something that needs further work up and treatment. Please do not ignore it.

Get evaluated: Please contact your primary care provider for a physical work up to see if there are underlying medical reasons and then take things from there. Good luck!
