FOLLOW UR DOCs ADVIC: That is a rather large prostate and you need to have it checked by your urologist, get psa level done and if symptomatic and normal psa, you may need meds to shrink the prostate and improve urinary flow.Or surgery as may be recommended if psa is high you may need a biopsy to rile out cancer if biopsy positive discuss options with your urologist/oncologist.
