No more risk than: You are already at, and at risk for what? It will continue your nicotine addiction, if you are already addicted, and help establish a nicotine addiction, if you are not already addicted. They may be better than combustible tobacco products, esp cigarettes, but in some ways that is like saying that it is safer to be shot with a 22 caliber bullet than a 45. Both can harm and kill.
